Foods That Help You Lose Weight

that you love. One reason that the low carb high protein diets work is that people eat a lot less when they eat protein rich foods. Protein
foods are satiating. That means that they keep you full longer, so you don't get diet breaking hunger pangs only an hour or two after a
meal.
